"I met Matt in May 2022 after more than a decade away from the gym, in light of a serious fall which had impacted my mobility and strength. Feeling at my lowest since 2010 – and afflicted with unrelenting pain that progressively affected me physically, mentally and emotionally – I knew I needed to do something to get my life back.
